How do I order from you?
Just call, fax, or email us with what you want and your credit card
no. and expiration. We will send you a confirmation in the mail with
your credit card slip.
Are they kits?
Yes, and no. The weathervanes and cupolas
require assembly. The garden buildings are assembled on any site in
western Washington State or you can order our pre-fabricated kit.
What
does it sit on?
Garden buildings sit on concrete blocks and three full-length
pressurized skids.
How
long does it take to build?
A pre-fabricated kit takes about an afternoon.
A garden building is built for you in about a day.
Do I need building permits?
Normally you can build a 120 sq. ft. building without a building permit. Some areas
are more restrictive, some are less. Always check with your local
authorities to be sure.
Can I customize?
Yes, all our garden buildings are built after you place your order. We have
many options available. The pre-fabricated kits are not customizable.
What
are the site requirements?
Make the site as clean and level as possible.
For garden buildings we can adjust the number of blocks or use post
and beam construction under the building. We charge $100 for each foot
out of level. Give us enough room around the site to swing a hammer.
What
kind of windows do you use?
White vinyl windows which lock, have screens and are double
insulated are used. Those with grids have the grids between the two
panes so that they are easy to clean both inside and out.
How
far do you build?
We build within 50 miles of Woodinville, Washington at no
charge. We charge $2/ mile afterward. Please call for a quote for
Eastern Washington and beyond.
How
far do you deliver?
We deliver the garden buildings only in western Washington. We deliver
most of our products anywhere in the world.
What
are your payment terms?
Kits are paid for in full and then shipped.
Garden buildings are paid for with a 50% deposit and the balance
upon completion.
What is your warranty?
5 years parts and workmanship.
